Order Packing

We will carefully inspect before packaging. If wholesale, we will send photos for confirmation before shipment. Please leave us with your email, social account, or phone number that we can contact you in time.

Shipping and Handling

We offer 1-6 business days dispatch on all of our crystals.

If you ordered items were stockout,we will let you know new delivery time.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messaging

You can add a gift message when ordering items fulfilled. Gift message are limited to a maximum of 240 characters–about 10 lines of text. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient. Otherwise, we’ll include your message on the packing slip.

Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind.
• For breakages and exchange requests, please email at rockcrystalwholesale@outlook.com with your order number # and a photo along with your query, within 1-7 business days of you receiving your parcel.
• May or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis).We bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned. We will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged, and may or may not process the refund/exchange if so.
• Once the order is packaged, we do not accept cancellation.

We enjoy fair trading. All stones come from all over the world, We also go to the crystal market and outside markets for procurement.
